Quovantis is now a Great Place to Work® Certified organization

Our celebrations for receiving the Randstad award for recognition in employer branding best practices were not over yet, when another reason for celebrations rushed in. It’s like Santa has arrived mid-year.

We are extremely proud and happy to announce that we have been recognized by the Great Place to Work Institute and we are now a Great Place to Work Certified organization.

great place to work

We are brimming with pride and joy. Becoming Great Place to Work-Certified™ is an accomplishment in itself. More than 8000 organizations from over 50 countries partner with Great Place to Work® Institute for assessment, benchmarking and planning actions to strengthen their workplace culture. Great Place to Work® Certification Program is the first step for an organization in its journey to build a High-Trust, High-Performance Culture™ and Quovantis has successfully accomplished this milestone.

It makes us all the more conscious and aware of the great work that we are doing. We feel honored that we have been able to create a better world for our people and for our clients.

Like all the other initiatives, achievements and recognition, this certification would not have been possible without the trust that our people have in the company culture. A big thanks to Quants, for taking part in the elaborate anonymous survey carried out by the GPTW team. This recognition is a direct result of the responses we had shared about different aspects related to our company culture.
We hope to make great strides in surpassing our own culture assessment results and keep raising the bar for ourselves as well as for other organizations aspiring to become great workplaces.

We would like to extend a warm THANK YOU to Great Place to Work® Institute for the recognition. It has been an honor to have partnered with you. And THANK YOU QUANTS, for making Quovantis awesome.

Kudos to everyone!
